New major overpass opens to traffic in Hà Nội

HÀ NỘI — Hà Nội's biggest overpass at the Hoàng Quốc Việt-Nguyễn Văn Huyên crossroad in Cầu Giấy District opened to traffic Friday morning following  一0 months of construction.
